The Ambulatory Surgery Center Registered Nurse is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient operating room environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- One year of experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center, PACU, or operating room.
- ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
- Ability to set priorities and organize workload of unit.
- Knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient's age.
