Position Overview:
Nurses First Solutions is actively seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the surgical process by:
1. Preparing the surgical suite, ensuring all essential instruments, supplies, and equipment are ready and in optimal condition.
2. Assisting the surgical team by efficiently passing instruments, sponges, and other necessary items during procedures.
3. Anticipating the needs of the surgical team and making adjustments to instruments and equipment as required.
4. Upholding a sterile environment in the operating room by adhering to strict infection control protocols.
5. Safely transporting patients to and from the operating room and positioning them appropriately on the operating table.
6. Aiding in the preparation and application of sterile dressings and bandages.
7. Documenting surgical procedures and maintaining precise records of supplies and equipment utilized.
8. Cleaning and sterilizing instruments and equipment post-surgery.

Employment Type:
Travel position with a commitment of 40 hours per week, featuring flexible 10-hour shifts.

Compensation:
The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
