About the Role:

Absorb the challenge of leading a global team of quality assurance professionals in AbbVie's Research and Development organization. As Director, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to quality assurance professionals.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
