Job Summary

We are seeking a Primary Therapist to join our Clinical Team. This full-time role will involve working Tuesday through Saturday.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities
  • Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers
  • Interacting with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
  • Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
  • Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food
  • Providing safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstances based on the clients' intersecting identities
Requirements
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field
  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
