About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cultivation Associate - Laborer to join our team at Grow Ohio, Inc. This is a full-time position that requires variable hours, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cultivation Team in meeting production demands and quality expectations.
  • Perform cleaning, upkeep, and sanitation of the cultivation facility, including breaking down and setting up rooms, washing and sanitizing equipment, and trimming cannabis plants.
  • Communicate effectively with Team Leads and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to increase productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Maintain personal cleanliness and adhere to company best practices throughout the cultivation process.
  • Ensure accurate records, inventories, and data are maintained as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Advanced computer knowledge and ability to use software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Demands
  • Able to work long hours, including weekends.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
  • The ability to respond quickly to sounds and move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
  • The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations and wear personal protective gear correctly.
  • The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time and work in bright/hot/humid conditions.
