Overview:
Support various functions within the human resources domain, which may encompass training, leave management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. Aid in the formulation and execution of human resource policies and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer diverse human resources programs and procedures for all employees;
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies and protocols;
  • Engage in the establishment of departmental goals, objectives, and systems;
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide counseling;
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state employment regulations;
  • Foster a collaborative environment by maintaining a positive and cooperative demeanor, along with personal accountability;
  • Continuously seek and share information within the HR team;
  • Exhibit personal initiative for innovative ideas and individual skill enhancement;
  • Facilitate new employee orientation;
  • Manage Family and Medical Leave processing and benefits administration;
  • Oversee Workers' Compensation administration;
  • Develop and prepare training materials for employees;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Understanding of human resource information principles and practices;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Proficient computer skills, including data entry, processing, and communication tools;
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (such as ADP or Paycor) and HRIS systems is advantageous;
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and resourceful thinking;
  • High levels of empathy and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational abilities;
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail;
  • Ability to engage positively with employees from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Educational Background:
A degree in human resources or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in human resources.
