In the role of Chemical Operator, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to manufacture high-quality Formaldehyde products, ensuring both safety and profitability at our facility. Your key responsibilities will encompass Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), quality assurance, and production activities aimed at maintaining effective manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities

EH&S

  • Recognize and mitigate workplace hazards
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Engage in safety training and assessments
  • Maintain a tidy and secure work environment
  • Issue and oversee work permits

Quality Assurance

  • Follow laboratory safety protocols
  • Conduct analytical evaluations
  • Assist in troubleshooting laboratory instruments

Production Duties

  • Operate machinery to create chemical solutions
  • Report any deviations from the production schedule
  • Handle the transfer and loading of materials
  • Execute SAP transactions
  • Collaborate effectively to enhance plant operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Two years of industrial experience
  • Excellent communication and mathematical skills
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and mechanical tasks
  • Computer literacy
