**Job Requirements**
We are seeking a highly skilled District Human Resources Manager to join our team at Penske. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR functional experience, including managing associate performance, leading difficult discussions, and developing associates.
You will be responsible for collaborating with location leaders to ensure associates receive and complete functional training, delivering new supervisor/manager onboarding to role training, and facilitating just-in-time training and coaching of leaders during mid-year check-ins, annual performance reviews, and merit process.
This role requires a high level of honesty, integrity, and ethics, as well as excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities. You must be able to collect, compile, and analyze information and data, establish and maintain working relationships, and possess a valid Driver's License and willingness to travel as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with District Leadership team to foster a culture of engagement where all associates feel supported to do their best work and enjoy a sense of pride and commitment.
• Proactively identify trends and areas for improvement with information gained from exit interviews, associate feedback, etc., and propose solutions to address local retention challenges in collaboration with Area Human Resources Manager and District Manager.
• Monitor development plans to ensure progress and escalate to District Manager if course correction is needed.
