A Salesforce project manager at AmericanEagle is responsible for leading a Salesforce project from contract signing to implementation, ensuring the project's success through the development and implementation lifecycle.
They serve as a liaison between our team members and clients, playing a key role in establishing long-term partnerships.
Our project managers are responsible for managing project budgets, communicating with clients, tracking project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality deliverables.

A typical day for a project manager may involve preparing for kickoff meetings, organizing backlogs, sprint planning, attending daily scrums, taking notes in client meetings, sending status reports, collaborating with the team, reviewing design prototypes, and more.
Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines
Track and measure project status
Manage communication with clients
Ensure quality deliverables are produced
Manage project budgets, scope, and backlogs
Manage project risks, blockers, and escalations
Act as a liaison between clients and development teams
Participate in kickoff, requirement, status, demo, and training meetings with clients
Requirements:
Self-motivated
Undergraduate degree
Experience with Salesforce
Ability to meet internal and client deadlines
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus
Able to manage individual workload, take initiative, and assume responsibility for tasks
