Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and charismatic Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist guests with any requests or concerns, demonstrating a high level of intuition and problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation
Requirements
  • No prior experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule

This full-time position typically works either the day shift from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm or the swing shift from 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
