Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated retail sales associate to represent our brand and assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise. Candidates with knowledge of commercial and recreational fishing, as well as familiarity with boating parts and accessories, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone.
  • Utilize point of sale systems or cash registers to process transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain merchandise displays, ensuring shelves, counters, and tables are well-stocked and organized.
  • Set up promotional displays to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Assist customers in locating and selecting products based on their needs.
  • Calculate total costs for purchases, including applicable taxes.
  • Handle payment transactions and provide accurate change.
  • Package merchandise for customers and maintain cleanliness in the sales area.
  • Complete cash register duties at the end of each shift.
Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, as well as the capability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
