About the Role

The Clinical Director will provide leadership and clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to clients. This role requires a strong background in clinical operations and a passion for promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and oversee clinical services and standards of care for clients
  • Communicate with community partners and local systems of care to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Oversee documentation and perform audits to ensure adherence to state and county requirements
  • Assist with new hire orientation, training, and mentorship for clinical staff
  • Recruit, screen, hire, onboard, and evaluate clinical staff
Requirements
  • Two years of post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • Experience working with mental health and substance use consumers, families, and advisory boards
  • Masters or higher degree in Social Services
  • One year of leadership experience in a relevant setting (inpatient or outpatient)
  • Current licensure/registration in the state of program operation (except for out-of-state applicants with existing licensure in good standing)
