Physical Therapist Clinic Director

Concentra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead our occupational health clinic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and achieve business goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
