About the Role

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist with daily living activities, transportation, and medication administration, while building strong relationships with the individuals you support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with household maintenance, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
  • Transport individuals to appointments and activities
  • Administer medications as needed
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during working hours
What We Offer

Our Direct Support Professionals earn a competitive wage of $16.67/hour plus an additional $1/hour shift differential. We also offer 60 hours of paid vacation during the first year of employment, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability.
