Key Responsibilities- Medication Management: Provide comprehensive medication management services to assigned patients, including medication reconciliation, monitoring, and education.
- Pharmacokinetic Consultation: Conduct pharmacokinetic consultations to evaluate drug selection and dosing, and communicate findings to healthcare practitioners.
- Patient Education: Educate patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders on medication-related topics and best practices.
- Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical programs, guidelines, and pathways.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, guidelines, and best practices in dermatology and pharmacy.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Experience: Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency or 3 years of related specialty experience
- Certifications: Current Pharmacy license in the state of practice
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
