Job DescriptionThe Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established nursing standards and protocols.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based clinical practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care and improve patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and licensed to practice in the state where work is being performed.
- Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses.
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice standards, procedures, policies, and competence in mathematical calculations associated with medication administration.
- Successful completion of preceptorship and orientation to the facility and clinical area.
