  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, mail processing, and filing, to support the efficient operation of the Property Tax Department.
  • Research and Notification: Research and notify taxpayers of unpaid taxes, and provide information on tax laws and regulations.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, check, and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer software and hardware.
Working Environment

This is a full-time position working in a government office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and customer service skills.
