Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Activity Coordinator to join our team at Mustang Creek Estates. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Activity Director in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement daily activities that cater to the interests and needs of our residents, including large group events, small group activities, and one-to-one interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly activity calendar that is engaging and inclusive for all residents.
  • Coordinate transportation for events and activities as needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our activity programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living or memory care activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including occasional weekends.
