Job Title: HRIS Analyst

SCA Health is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support the operations of our HRIS system. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, analyzing data, and developing reports to ensure the smooth functioning of our HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for HRIS-related systems, including UKGPro Payroll/HCM and Dimensions.
  • Assist with system administration, analysis, reporting, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down barriers and achieve team goals.
  • Ensure process improvement by analyzing data flows and understanding downstream impact of changes.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of functional payroll or HRIS experience.
  • 1+ years of HCM system experience (e.g., Dimensions, UKGPro).
  • Self-motivated and confident with questioning.
