About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to patients with a wide range of conditions. The successful candidate will have knowledge in therapeutic exercise, normal and abnormal development, and orthotics/equipment. This is a variable schedule position, requiring flexibility to work on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records to track improvements and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • DC licensure or pending applicant with signed supervised practice form.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and knowledge of pediatric rehabilitation principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $69,659 - $116,084, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
