About the Role
  • Oversee the daily operations of the community, including the implementation of LCSnet's Signature Programs.
  • Lead and implement sales and occupancy growth-related initiatives to drive business results.
  • Direct the management team to ensure the success of the community, meeting all financial and budgetary objectives.
  • Participate and be accountable for oversight of all marketing and sales activities and results.
  • Operate the community in accordance with LCSnet policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff.
Business Development and Sales Leadership
  • Responsibility for overall sales/occupancy results and business growth.
  • Understand and influence sales culture to drive revenue growth.
  • Hold sales teams accountable to utilization of sales systems and standards.
  • Lead and contribute to sales, marketing, and business development strategy to drive business results.
Requirements
  • BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or a closely related area.
  • Five or more years of experience in a leadership capacity in the senior living industry.
  • Background in financial management, including budget preparation, cash flow management, and analysis of financial reports.
  • Nursing home administrator license in the state of Michigan preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively and diplomatically with a variety of publics.
