We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Panchito's Mexican Restaurant team as a Dishroom Team Member. As a key member of our back of house team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist in food preparation, including handling kitchen machinery and food processing equipment.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, communicating effectively with team members and management.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for several hours at a time.
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and multitask, maintaining a clean and orderly workstation.
  • Food Handler's Certificate required.

Physical Demands:

  • Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required, including peripheral vision.
  • Frequent standing, walking, handling, and reaching with hands and arms.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Comply with attendance and tardiness standards established by management.
  • Comply with all safety procedures and use proper body mechanics.
  • Perform other job duties as requested by supervisor.
