Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Middleton Village Nursing and Rehab. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients, promoting their health and well-being, and supporting their recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patients' symptoms and communicate them to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures, such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections.
• Adjust and administer patients' medication and provide treatments according to physicians' orders.
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety.
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
• Supervise and train nursing assistants.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and compassionate.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Valid nursing license in the state of Wisconsin.
