Key Responsibilities- Examine employees to determine their ability to perform job functions and provide recommendations for accommodations or modifications.
- Develop and implement health promotion and disease prevention programs to improve employee well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and training to employees on workplace health and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular health screenings and provide health counseling to employees.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program in Occupational Medicine.
- Certification through the American Board of Occupational Health Nursing (ABOHN) as a Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or Certified Occupational Health Nurse-Specialist (COHN-S) is preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $53.15 - $82.38 per hour, commensurate with experience and equity.
