**Essential Duties:**

  • Attend to guest needs, respond to queries, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Process transactions, manage cash and credit card operations, and reconcile accounts
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to maintain hotel standards

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems, hotel software, and general computer applications
