As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Rokt, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's pushing the boundaries of what's possible in ecommerce. You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to design, build, and productionize proprietary machine learning models that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand business priorities and architect machine learning solutions
  • Build and productionize machine learning models, including data preparation, machine learning orchestrations, and performance improvements
  • Contribute to the high-quality code base with tests, load testing, unit testing, and integration testing
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging tech and trends, research state-of-the-art deep learning models, and prototype new modeling ideas
  • Share knowledge through brown bags, tech talks, and evangelizing best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in developing production-grade machine learning systems, preferably with applied ML in Ads and ecommerce
  • Experience in Bayesian methods, Reinforcement learning, Deep learning Architectures, and Recommendation systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of meaningful contributions across teams
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Kubeflow, TFX, and Feature Store in a production environment is a plus
