About the Role

Cisco is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to lead the relationships between Charter Communications Core Backbone Operations Team and Cisco in Optical, Software Full Stack Observability and Security applications areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and technical expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive sales success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a related technology sales role
  • Strong technical and business knowledge, with a focus on Optical, Software Full Stack Observability and Security applications technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
