Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Glenwood Center - Florence, AL. As a RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
