Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Glenwood Center - Florence, AL. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff while supervising their work.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Establish realistic patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
