Job Title: Salon Business Partner

Join L'Oréal USA as a Salon Business Partner and play a key role in driving the growth and development of the local stylist and salon community. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for influencing and ensuring the success of our salon partners by supplying the best products, education, and innovation the professional beauty industry has to offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, education initiatives, and promotional activities to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal business leaders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, specifically related to salon business partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to salon owners and leaders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and education sessions and workshops for beauty partners, specifically designed to address the needs and interests of salon business owners.
Requirements:
  • High school degree required, bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year demonstrated outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
  • Demonstrated outside sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written as well as presentation skills.
  • Must be highly organized, flexible, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Possesses a valid state driver's license, good driving record, and required auto insurance policy levels.
  • Must live within assigned sales territory.
