Position Summary:
The compensation for this role ranges from $17.39 to $28.40 per hour, depending on prior experience.

The Patient Navigation Clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional care coordination and outreach for patients throughout their healthcare journey.
Our team is composed of experienced nurses, healthcare providers, and support personnel who guide patients from the point of referral to their specialty appointments.
We prioritize ensuring that each patient receives appropriate care tailored to their needs, optimizing the duration and quality of service to achieve the best possible health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate care to patients across all age groups while assisting physicians and advanced practitioners within the clinics.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse.
Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or medical office environment, emergency department, or hospital setting is preferred. Experience with administrative tasks in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
(The above qualifications may be satisfied through a combination of education and experience).
Licensure / Certification:
- A current LPN license issued by the State of Oklahoma is mandatory. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation before providing patient care.
- Maintenance of current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential throughout employment.
