Reconstruction Project Coordinator

Servpro of Glendora/Baldwin Park is seeking a highly skilled Reconstruction Project Coordinator to join our team.
Estimated Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
As a Reconstruction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients. In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects, including facilitating a positive customer experience, overseeing construction projects, communicating with sub-contractors and clients, and ensuring project schedules are in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction of services by facilitating a positive customer experience.
- Oversee all construction projects, communicate with sub-contractors and clients as needed.
- Monitor completion schedules and ensure all work performed follows the pre-set scope of work.
- Document each project, including photos, contracts, change orders, as required.
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debriefs with the Construction Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous construction management experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Physical Demands
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat.
- Able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time (e.g., driving, sitting, climbing).
- Able to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
- Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud.
- Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
