Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled In-House Privacy & Information Security Counsel to join our Corporate Law Department. As a key member of our Privacy and Information Security Unit (PISU), you will provide legal advice on federal and state privacy and information security requirements, enterprise risk management, and the compliance and ethics program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on enterprise programs related to privacy, information security, risk, and compliance
  • Provide legal advice on federal and state privacy and information security requirements
  • Collaborate with business leaders throughout the enterprise to develop and implement effective risk management strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in law, technology, and business objectives to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least one state and membership in good standing of the bar
  • 5+ years of experience with privacy and/or information security laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with risk and/or compliance programs
  • Demonstrated adaptability, learning agility, and ability to excel in a collaborative environment
