Job Summary

North Country HealthCare is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our team at our Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center in northern Arizona.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. They will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Requirements
  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
  • Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Prefer experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Community Health Center (CHC), or Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) facility
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in northern Arizona. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
