Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our housekeeping team as a Campground Host. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable experience at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management using Microsoft Teams
  • Enforce campground policies and implement solutions to enhance the guest experience
  • Proactively manage guest interactions to maintain a positive environment
  • Coordinate with Guest Service staff for smooth arrivals and problem resolution
  • Clean and maintain restroom facilities, buildings, and accommodations
  • Perform janitorial duties and assist other departments as needed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work at high altitudes (7,000ft)

Work Environment:

This is a seasonal position, running from March 15th to October 31st. The ideal candidate will be available for the entire season, but we will consider applicants available for at least 3 months. Working hours may vary, but typically involve Monday through Sunday, 7am-10pm, with higher activity on weekends and holidays.
