Job Title: Process Engineer

Nexus Circular is a leading company in advanced recycling technology, converting landfill-bound plastics into circular feedstocks for sustainable virgin plastics production. We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our Operations team, responsible for developing and implementing efficient production processes to improve productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve issues.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for production processes and equipment.
  • Design and implement equipment modifications to improve performance and reliability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
  • Utilize statistical process control and other data analysis techniques to monitor and control process variables.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement technologies to streamline production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in process design and implementation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and select equipment and materials for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing/production plant.
