Position Summary

The Food and Beverage Cashier is integral to ensuring that every guest enjoys a remarkable experience. This role involves warmly greeting customers, efficiently processing transactions, and expressing gratitude with a smile. Whether working with a national brand or a beloved local concept, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to travelers.

Key Responsibilities

- Uphold a positive company image by providing friendly and efficient service to customers and colleagues.
- Embrace our core values, ensuring that every guest feels recognized and valued.
- Greet guests promptly and take their orders within 30 seconds, offering recommendations as needed.
- Accurately process payments using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions with care.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and products to assist guests effectively.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, seeking managerial assistance when necessary.
- Support the training of new team members by providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
