Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to children on the autism spectrum and their families. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in our mission-driven care model, working closely with our expert BCBAs to implement intervention plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6.
Key Responsibilities- Implement ABA therapy plans, adhering to the profession's high standards and ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
- Foster relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
- Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar
- Previous experience working with children and a passion for working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.50-$26.00, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities
