We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Director at our Leon Valley location in San Antonio, TX.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of behavior technicians and BCBAs in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring adherence to the pre-authorized service schedule and proper documentation of all services provided.
- Supervise in-center and in-home clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all clients and staff.
- Conduct assessments, analyze client progress, and update treatment plans as needed.
- Provide weekly parent training meetings and progress updates, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with caregivers.
- Supervise interns and RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the role.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Manage insurance correspondence, including pre-auth requests, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including HIPAA and BACB ethical guidelines.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Current BACB certification and Texas LBA license.
- State certification and BLS/CPR certification.
- NPI number and QBS certification or other restraints/holds training.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lift at least 40 pounds and be physically active.
