Join the State Water Resources Control Board as a Supervising Water Resource Control Engineer and play a key role in managing and supervising three funding programs: the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, and Water Recycling Funding Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the effective implementation of water resource control programs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address water resource management issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to staff on water resource control issues.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective program implementation.
Requirements:
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or environmental science.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in water resource management or a related field.
  • Must have a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
