Role OverviewThis is a part-time opportunity that offers flexible hours, including evenings and afternoons, with potential guaranteed hours. You will work in a home-based setting, partnering with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide specialized treatment to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA experts
- Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes
- Support training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
- Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other stakeholders
- Engage in physical activities to keep pace with clients, including standing, sitting, bending, and lifting 25+ pounds
- Access to reliable transportation
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children with ASD (desired but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Competitive compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
