Pedagogy Specialist

Primrose School of Aldie is seeking an Early Education Leader to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 annually.

In this dynamic position, you will lead by example and create a culture that inspires teachers to find solutions for themselves. Your dedication to early childhood education and care will drive our mission to deliver the best and most trusted experience to families.

You will participate in the selection and hiring of teaching staff, coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement training plans, and conduct classroom observations to support the delivery of our research-informed curriculum.

A successful candidate will be passionate about building problem-solving skills and confidence in children. You will have opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization, as well as contributing to local community initiatives through Spring Fling and charity events.
