Customer Experience Designer

The Customer Experience (CX) team at ACL Digital is seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to support our Flight Planning product in Digital Aviation Solutions global business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain wireframes and mockups to define interaction models and user flows
  • Develop prototypes to communicate and define design interactions and user flows
  • Conduct user research and interviews to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment to ensure a cohesive user experience

Requirements:

  • Experience designing web applications using Material Design language
  • Successful experience designing within an Agile or Scaled Agile process
  • Skill in simplifying complex interactions and navigation
  • Ability to document and communicate the user experience
  • Proficiency in UX design software (i.e. Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing the user experience for digital products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working closely with customers, product management, designers, and usability experts to develop a compelling user experience
  • Ability to design to a wide organization using strategic relationships, presentations, and influence
  • Experience collecting development and design requirements for user interface research
  • Experience working with UX teams on planning usability evaluation and testing across UI development stages
