Job Title: Client Services Manager
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Services Manager to join our team in Toms River, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and manage patient care coordination effectively.
- Grow caseload through proactive scheduling and relationship building with clients.
- Maintain effective fiscal management of caseload by monitoring key performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
- Prior medical office or home care experience is highly valued.
- Prior supervisory experience is also preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully take on increased responsibility and grow professionally.
- Ambition to advance beyond current position and contribute to the company's success.
Salary Information:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, paid weekly, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k match.
