Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Manager on Duty to join our team at Sports Club LA. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our club facilities, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Inspect and maintain all cleaning equipment, including mops, buckets, pails, floor scrubbing machines, ladders, dollies, hand trucks, rags, and other supplies.
  • Equipment Repair: Inspect and repair all club equipment on a daily basis, including cardio and strength equipment, cardio theater systems, climate control, and club overhead and studio music systems.
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for inventory, restocking, and replacement of all maintenance supplies, including lighting, locker room supplies, laundry supplies, maintenance chemicals, towels, and other essentials.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to members and staff, ensuring a positive and safe experience at the club.
Requirements
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Awareness of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Cleaning Products: Experience with cleaning products and ability to organize work.
  • Hand Tools and Equipment: Ability to work with hand tools and cleaning equipment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with the Maintenance Manager.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a positive experience for members and staff.
