Traffic Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Engineer to join our team in Burlington, MA. As a Traffic Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing transportation infrastructure projects that improve the safety and efficiency of our roads and highways.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct traffic studies and analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Design and develop transportation infrastructure projects, including intersections, roundabouts, and bridges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet safety and efficiency standards
- Develop and implement traffic management plans to minimize disruptions to traffic flow
- Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in traffic engineering
- Engineer in Training Certification required; PE preferred
- Proficiency in traffic analysis/modeling software, including Synchro, SimTraffic, and HCS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
