Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of various salary components, including vacation pay and overtime.
  • Oversee the payment of legal obligations and statutory deductions, such as employee guarantee funds, social security, income tax, and labor contributions.
  • Calculate severance payments as necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software is essential.
  • Standard working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
