About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Associate to join our Oncology team at Brigham and Women's Hospital. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support to our patients and families, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Nurse with clinical tasks, including glucometry, EKGs, and vital signs.
  • Respond to patient and family needs, taking a proactive role in the efficient operation of the unit.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT, or commensurate experience.
  • Bi-lingual skills are preferred.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
