About the Role:
A dynamic RN Unit Manager is sought to lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within a dedicated unit. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of quality care, foster a positive work environment, and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care
- Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a valid state nursing license, advanced degree or certification, and experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
