Job Description

The Sales Consultant role involves effectively communicating product offerings, negotiating sales agreements, and building long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets. You will have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic sales environment where you can continuously grow and develop your skills.

You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions that exceed their expectations. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will enable you to effectively present our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Pitch: Develop a persuasive sales pitch that showcases the benefits of our products and services.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and financial transactions.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance.

Requirements

To succeed as a Sales Consultant at Optimum, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of previous door-to-door selling experience.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills.
  • A reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver's license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Physical Abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to work full-time.
